Kid HerculesTaking on a daily drawing challenge was one of the best things I’ve done to improve myself as an illustrator. I became faster at drawing and inking, more confident in drawing a variety of objects and environments that I used to find intimidating, and even found my problem-solving skills increased when doing client work. But the most valuable thing for me on a personal level was that it was a lot of fun and gave me a real sense of accomplishment.

Committing to a daily drawing challenge (aka: 365 Drawing Challenge) can feel a bit daunting at first. We all have busy lives for one thing, but most of it comes down to feeling unsure of ourselves.
